Today we went on a full day tour which included a Bosphorus and Golden Horn Cruise, Pierlote Hill, a carpet “demonstration”, Dolmabahce Palace and a stop for coffee on some other hill on the Asian side of Istanbul. Driving through the city from the airport in the minibus was amazing. Istanbul is a unique blend of old and new. The Journey

After 40 hours of travelling we arrived in Istanbul! The journey in Emirates Business Class was absolutely sensational. The food and drink service was fantastic and it was great to be able to lie flat and have a snooze. We had a brief stop over at Changi Airport in Singapore.
